I made these cute party favors last night!!
Tape the crepe paper streamer to your first item...I picked my largest item. Wrap the streamer around and around and around and around adding more trinkets as you go trying to make it into a ball shape.
This is what I started with. You also need tape, ribbon, stickers, scissors. I made 16 in about an hour. Hope the kiddos like em!
